Travel Vista – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Travel Vista. By accessing our website or booking any travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, visas, transport, sightseeing, travel-related services, and bookings made through Travel Vista.
2. Definitions
- Company refers to Travel Vista.
- Traveller/Client refers to the person making or travelling under a booking.
- Supplier includes airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport operators, embassies, destination management companies, sightseeing operators, and other third-party service providers.
3. Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Travel Vista.
- The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
4. Tour Prices & Payments
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
- Quoted prices are based on prevailing airfare, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, and government regulations.
- GST, TCS, visa fees, taxes, and applicable surcharges will be charged as per prevailing laws.
- Delayed payments may result in cancellation without prior notice.
5. Flight Bookings
- Airfares are dynamic and subject to change until ticketed.
- Airline schedules, baggage allowance, seat allocation, and meal requests are governed by the respective airline.
- Travel Vista is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes made by airlines.
6. Hotel Bookings
- Hotel reservations are subject to availability.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policy unless specifically confirmed.
- Hotel facilities and services are managed solely by the hotel.
7. Visa Assistance
Travel Vista provides visa guidance and documentation assistance only. Visa approval, rejection, processing time, and validity are solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
8. Passport & Travel Documents
Travellers must possess a valid passport, visa, permits, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required for travel. Travel Vista is not responsible for losses arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travellers. Unless specifically mentioned, insurance is not included in the package price.
10. Customized Holidays (FIT)
Customized itineraries are prepared according to the traveller's requirements. Once confirmed, modifications may attract additional charges and are subject to supplier availability.
11. Group Tours (GIT)
Group tour itineraries operate as scheduled. Tour timings, inclusions, and sightseeing may vary due to operational requirements.
12. MICE & Corporate Travel
Corporate travel, conferences, incentives, exhibitions, and group movements are governed by separate commercial agreements where applicable.
13. Cruise Bookings
Cruise bookings are subject to the cruise line's terms, cancellation policies, itinerary changes, weather conditions, and port regulations.
14. Train & Bus Bookings
Train and bus reservations are subject to seat availability and the rules of the respective transport provider.
15. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Package inclusions are limited to the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary or quotation. Any item not listed under "Inclusions" shall be treated as excluded.
16. Tour Amendments
Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges imposed by suppliers.
17. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges shall apply as per airline, hotel, cruise, transport provider, visa authority, and supplier policies, in addition to applicable service charges.
18. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after receiving the refund from the respective supplier.
- Visa fees, service charges, insurance premiums, processing fees, and non-refundable bookings are not refundable.
- Refund timelines depend upon suppliers and banks.
19. Airline Schedule Changes
Airlines may revise flight timings, routes, or cancel services without prior notice. Travel Vista will assist in coordinating alternatives wherever possible but shall not be liable for losses arising from such changes.
20. Force Majeure
Travel Vista shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses arising from natural disasters, pandemics, adverse weather, strikes, political unrest, war, airline disruptions, government regulations, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
21. Health & Medical Conditions
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their journey.
22. Pregnant Travellers & Senior Citizens
Pregnant travellers and senior citizens should consult their doctor before travel and comply with airline, cruise, and destination-specific travel requirements.
23. Child Policy
Children travelling must carry valid identification and travel documents. Child pricing shall be applicable as per airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
24. Baggage Policy
Baggage allowance is governed by the respective airline, cruise line, or transport operator. Excess baggage charges, if any, shall be borne by the traveller.
25. Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings shall apply unless otherwise confirmed. Early arrival or late departure may incur additional charges.
26. Sightseeing & Activities
Sightseeing schedules are subject to weather, operational conditions, local regulations, and supplier availability. Certain attractions may remain closed on public holidays or maintenance days.
27. Customer Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Carrying valid travel documents.
- Arriving on time for flights, transfers, and sightseeing.
- Complying with local laws and regulations.
- Respecting fellow travellers and service providers.
28. Liability of Travel Vista
Travel Vista acts solely as a booking facilitator between travellers and third-party suppliers. We shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, baggage delay, visa rejection, supplier default, missed connections, service deficiency, or any consequential loss beyond our reasonable control.
29. Supplier Responsibility
Airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, destination management companies, sightseeing operators, insurance providers, and embassies are independent entities responsible for delivering their respective services.
30. Website Terms of Use
All information on this website is provided for general guidance. Prices, itineraries, offers, and availability may change without prior notice. Unauthorized use, copying, or misuse of website content is prohibited.
31. Privacy Policy
Travel Vista respects your privacy. Personal information collected during enquiries or bookings is used solely for travel arrangements, customer support, legal compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
32. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, itineraries, and designs, is the intellectual property of Travel Vista and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
33. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
34. Complaints & Grievance Redressal
Any complaints regarding our services should be reported to Travel Vista at the earliest opportunity during the tour or within 7 days of completion of travel. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve genuine concerns promptly.
